West Edmonton Mall Inn

The front desk staff was rude when I asked about my payment. I felt dismissed and completely confused about the charges. It was frustrating and made the whole experience so negative.

Particularly good location for our visit to an indoor amusement park not too far from the hotel. Plenty of food for breakfast including chocolate, toast, cereal, muffins and yogurt;))

The continental breakfast is the best.

I had a great experience at the hotel because it was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic, right across from the mall, which makes accessing shopping and attractions super convenient. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety, including yogurt, pancakes, and hard-boiled eggs, perfect to kickstart my day.

It offers clean and huge rooms with 2 queen beds and bottled water, spent our time lovely. The location is unbeatable, 1 km from World Waterpark. We would stay here again, if come to Edmonton.

Also, location was unbeatable and excellent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from an indoor amusement park. Continental breakfast had good choice of options, like coffee, granola, yogurt, and fruit.

Honestly, the location of this place is a total win. It's super close to the mall, and getting there is a breeze, no steps to deal with! The staff were friendly and helpful, which made checking in easy. Plus, I loved having access to the waterpark-totally worth it for the kids!

But man, the experience was pretty rough overall. The breakfast was a joke and the room was hot—seriously, I had to keep the window open just to breathe! To top it off, the cleaning could've been way better; the carpets were pretty gross. Not impressed!

Inconsistancy between hotel staff. Most were great but a few were anything but helpful.

Highly recommend staying here for a family getaway, especially with a little one! The location, right across from West Edmonton Mall, made our trip effortless. The hotel is basic but clean, with friendly staff who helped us with everything. Breakfast was decent, and the soaker tub was fantastic after a long day. a good experience, and I would stay here again!

The carpet in the room had been stretched and left all wrinkled and the room had a foul smell.

Close to the mall and way less expensive than staying at the mall.

The convenient location directly across from the mall allowed for easy access, and I appreciated the value of the included attraction tickets. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my needs.

Breakfast options were limited.

The room smelled musty and I got sick because of it.

Nice and clean hotel. Very good service. Easy to find. Good beds. Nice temperature in the rooms, the ac was quiet and nice.

I did not see any breakfast there. I did not ask for it either cause my kids wanted to eat at the mall. But if I were there alone, I would like easy access to a breakfast table.
